Who we are
This page is run by PermaGames (“PermaGames”, “we”). For anything about your data, write to support@permagames.com.
What we collect
When you join the launch list we store:
- your email address;
- your message, if you write one;
- when you gave your consent and which version of the consent text you saw.
We do not ask for your name, and this page uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your email address to tell you when the store opens and, if you wrote to us, to reply. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We will not send you a newsletter and we do not sell or share your address.
How long we keep it
Until the store has opened, we have sent the launch email and we have answered your message. After that we delete it. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete it straight away.
Other services on this page
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. To do that it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. See the hCaptcha privacy policy.
- Google Fonts (Google) delivers the typeface used on this page, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads. See the Google privacy policy.
Cookies
We only set the cookies the form needs to work safely: a security token that blocks forged submissions and a short-lived cookie that shows the confirmation after you sign up. hCaptcha may set its own cookies when the check loads.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@permagames.com; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.
